JOB DETAILS:
MTN Zambia seeks to recruit an Enterprise Marketing Coordinator .

Job Responsibilities:
• The Marketing coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the execution of strategies, brand management and campaigns.
• In conjunction with the Media Agency and Products and Sales Teams, plan and develop media and go to market strategy.
• To assist in drafting briefs and manage the day to day interactions with all relevant Media and Creative Advertising agencies.
• Assists in the implementation of the brand equity building strategies for master brand in line with the group expectations to ensure consistency in the brand.
• Event Planning and implementation
• Draft and build reports for Management decision making
• Implements rollout plans and route to market strategy for all master brand initiatives to ensure successful execution thereof.
• Initiating effective marketing campaigns online and run regular social promotions and track their success e.g. Facebook and Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions etc.
• Building and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our chosen digital platforms.
• Assisting in budget management through regular reporting of budget utilization and submitting and reconciling expense reports
• Provide Brand support to other departments
• Support in the management of the production of advertising creative materials e.g. outdoor, TV and radio
• In conjunction with the Media Agency, develop media plans and strategies
• Provides weekly/monthly reports
• Update and maintain policies and procedures
