Chrilan Technology Limited is a fast-growing technology company delivering innovative digital solutions across Zambia. As we expand our operations on the Copperbelt, we are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance and Administration Officer to support our finance and administrative functions in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Functions
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing management accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, petty cash, and expense claims.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls.
Administration Functions
- Handle general office administration and coordination.
- Maintain staff records, contracts, and administrative files.
- Support procurement, asset tracking, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including auditors, ZRA, and service providers.
- Assist management with reports, correspondence, and scheduling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualification ACCA, CIMA, or ZICA (or finalist) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a finance and/or administration role.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Important Notice:
Due to operational requirements, this role is based on the Copperbelt Province. Applicants must be currently residing within the Copperbelt. Candidates residing in Kitwe will have an added advantage.
