Background

Zynle Fintech Retail Sales Manager will drive revenue by leading a sales team, developing strategies for financial tech products, managing retail partner relationships, hitting targets, and collaborating internally to meet customer needs in payments, lending, or digital finance, requiring strong leadership, market knowledge, and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans, identify new markets/partners, and set achievable revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of retail sales representatives, providing coaching and performance reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners, understand their needs, and ensure seamless product integration.
  • Master and articulate the value of fintech offerings (payments, lending, digital wallets) to clients.
  • Stay updated on fintech trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
  • Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align solutions with market demands.
  • In collaboration with Marketing develop and execute trade promotions as a push strategy to drive Consumer acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, telecoms, or technology.
  • Proven track record in retail sales management, ideally with fintech, finance, or banking experience.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial technology products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
