To serve as the primary point of contact for customers, making outbound calls to prospect, close leads and running kindergarten awareness programmes within the first seven days of onboarding.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Managing inbound calls on new product requests and existing product service requests
  • Process customer requests and maintain a record of inbound calls for new service requests
  • Outbound dialer to pitch unlimited proposition to customers and cross sale 4G services outside coverage area.
  • Resolve customer issues by addressing complaints, concerns or queries and escalating the complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide product/service information and work with the Home Broadband (HBB) frontline team in improving the knowledge base to improve sales pitch and service propositions
  • Make welcome calls to customers with information on how to check connectivity, set up Wi-Fi name and password and how to recharge the service within 48 hours of activation

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or A-level qualification
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration preferred

Relevant Experience:

  • Call Centre Operations
  • Customer Service

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Business awareness
  • Good product knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications skills, both orally and in writing
  • Pays attention to detail by listening to client concerns and issues
