Digitize is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven professional to lead the business unit as Head – Digitize.
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening partnerships with financial institutions, expanding market reach, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Develop financing models in collaboration with financial institutions to expand and diversify the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial service providers.
- Prepare proposals, business correspondence, and lead strategic discussions.
- Drive revenue generation initiatives and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
- Ensure systematic digital record-keeping, including sales records, warranties, invoices, and delivery documentation.
- Oversee and manage brand reputation both physically and across digital platforms.
- Take ownership for growth and team
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events with clear revenue outcomes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail clients.
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 5–10 employees.
- Develop entry-level staff into competent, revenue-driven sales professionals.
- Foster a strong corporate culture aligned with the Digitize vision.
- Take full ownership of business growth, operational excellence, and team performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience working with financial institutions (banks, microfinance institutions, or credit providers).
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of at least 5–10 employees.
- Strong background in business development, revenue growth, and strategic leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in retail, digital products, or technology-driven environments is an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, , Information Technology, or a related field.
- A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Continuous professional development in leadership, digital business, or financial services is an added advantage.
