Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are impeccably clean and well-maintained. You will lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness, order, and maintenance issues.
• Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping team members.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and resort standards.
• Maintain housekeeping inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate with management regarding operational updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role in a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and procedures.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays.
