The HR Business Partner Operations will support day-to-day HR functions across multiple
client accounts, gaining hands-on experience in the full spectrum of HR services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, processes, and pursuing a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening
    CVs, scheduling interviews).
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes for clients
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (digital and physical).
  • Process payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Participate in drafting HR documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Support client-facing HR tasks including employee engagement initiatives and training logistics.
  • Conduct HR audits and policy reviews for clients
  • Perform any other administrative and HR tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Member of ZIHRM
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
    Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR practices, labour laws, and administrative
    processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Must be based in Lusaka or willing to relocate.
