Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job advertisements and managing applications.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Help prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Assist in organizing HR files, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Respond to routine HR-related inquiries from staff.
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed.
- Participate in ongoing HR projects and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
