Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and PIPs.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide HR advisory support to management.
  • Ensure compliance with Zambian labour laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist with training coordination and staff development initiatives.
  • Support general office administration where required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years and above' relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
