JOB DETAILS:
JOB ADVERT – ICT INTERN.
Aller Aqua Zambia Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of ICT Intern. The role reports to the ICT Manager and will be based at the Aller Aqua Zambia Factory, in Siavonga.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide basic technical support to staff (hardware and software issues)
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other ICT equipment
- Support network operations, including internet connectivity and troubleshooting
- Assist with system updates, backups, and data security tasks
- Help maintain ICT inventory and documentation
- Support users with common applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Perform any other ICT-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Full Grade Twelve School Certificate (GCE)
- Bachelor's Degree in ICT, IT or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under Minimal Supervision.
- Basic understanding of network setup, computer hardware and software.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
