Mission of the role:
Ensure seamless equipment support by maintaining Vendor Managed Inventory across mine and contractor sites, while partnering with customers to plan and schedule service jobs, audits, and rebuilds for Epiroc equipment.
Your mission:
- Monitor and maintain Vendor Managed Inventory across mine and contractor sites.
- Coordinate customer service planning, including audits, rebuilds, and scheduled jobs for Epiroc equipment.
- Drive inventory optimization through forecasting, stock rotation, and reduction of obsolete items.
- Track service backlog to ensure timely execution and effective technician utilization.
- Analyze fleet performance and component lifecycle data to support proactive maintenance decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on planning KPIs, job status, inventory metrics, and component performance.
Your Profile:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in service planning or operations coordination.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
