On behalf of MICC, we are inviting highly qualified and dynamic professionals to apply for the position of Manager – Risk and Quality Assurance. This is an exciting leadership role for a strategic thinker with strong capabilities in enterprise risk management, internal controls, and quality assurance systems.
About the Role
As Manager – Risk and Quality Assurance, you will lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide risk and quality framework that aligns with global standards (ISO 31000, COSO ERM, ISO 9001). You will be instrumental in building a risk-aware culture across MICC and ensuring consistent service delivery that meets both local and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise risk identification, mitigation, and reporting across all departments.
- Oversee internal controls, regulatory compliance, and fraud risk assessments.
- Implement and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct business continuity and crisis management planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to embed risk management into strategic decision-making.
- Prepare high-level risk and quality performance reports for management and the Board
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise risk, internal audit, or quality assurance.
- Professional certification such as CERO, CRA, ISO 31000, or Six Sigma is required.
- Strong working knowledge of ERM frameworks, business continuity, and quality standards.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and report writing skills.
