Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the success of Liberty’s land financing product in partnership with real estate companies, overseeing end-to-end product execution, operations, and portfolio management. You will combine product strategy, process design, and day-to-day management to ensure seamless customer onboarding, payment processing, collections, and portfolio performance. Your focus is on delivering operational excellence while continuously optimizing the product experience and portfolio outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the product lifecycle — from customer onboarding to collections — ensuring a smooth customer journey aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Lead the PFPC operations, managing teams responsible for onboarding, payments, reconciliation, and collections.
  • Implement and optimize payment channels, ensuring timely reconciliation, successful transactions, and issue resolution.
  • Drive portfolio performance: monitor key KPIs (PAR, On-Time Payments, customer satisfaction) and take corrective actions proactively.
  • Manage client onboarding, account setup, and payment arrangements, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Oversee collections and recovery activities, utilizing staged processes, automated reminders, and escalation protocols.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and legal teams to refine product features, automate workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on portfolio status and client issues.
  • Report on portfolio metrics and operational KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years experience in asset finance, loan servicing, or embedded finance operations.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, collections, and portfolio risk management.
  • Experience with Core Banking, CRM, API integrations, and digital payment platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Payment success rate >95%
  • Reconciliation within 24 hours
  • Portfolio growth and default reduction
