To plan, develop, implement, and manage power supply and ICT infrastructure systems within the Lasaka South Multi-Facility Economic Zone in order to ensure reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy and digital connectivity that supports industrial growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• - Manages periodically, the development, review and implementation of policies, guidelines, strategies and procedures
• - Manages effectively, the preparation of quarterly reports to the relevant Board Committee
• - Manages effectively, the preparation and implementation of the strategic and operational plans
• - Manages effectively, the provision of technical expertise and guidance on electrical and ICT infrastructure
• - Manages effectively, the planning, design, and development of electrical and communication infrastructure
• - Manages effectively, the preparing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules
• - Manages effectively, the conduct of feasibility studies, technical assessments, and applied research
• - Manages effectively, Energy Providers and other energy providers to manage Power Purchase Agreements
• - Manages accurately, billing processes, tariff structures, and account reconciliations for electrical and communication services
• - Manages effectively, the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
• - Manages regularly, the conduct of site inspections and audits
• - Manages effectively, the provision of regular technical support and advisory services to investors, contractors, and internal departments
• - Manages timely, the submission of mandatory operational reports
• - Manages timely development and implementation of individual work plans
• - Manages effectively, human, financial, material and other resources

Qualifications:

• - Full Grade 12 certificate
• - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• - Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• - 3 years post-qualifying experience
• - Professional Membership to relevant professional body
