As we expand our presence, we’re looking for a skilled and passionate Head of Marketing to lead our branding and promotional efforts across both digital and offline platforms.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Lusaka office/shop. We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Marketing Head to manage and execute all aspects of our marketing — including social media, digital ads, branding, merchandise, events, and promotions.
You will work closely with our internal team, designer, and management to ensure smooth, professional, and timely marketing execution that aligns with the company’s growth goals.
This role also involves being flexible and proactive — as marketing includes a wide variety of tasks and creative problem-solving. From planning seasonal offers to launching new product campaigns or working on last-minute branding needs, you must be ready to take initiative and handle all marketing-related work as required.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Run and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Plan and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email campaigns
Oversee content and basic updates on the company website
Create and manage content calendars and collaborate with our designer
Branding & Promotions
Prepare and manage design and rollout of branding items like T-shirts, giveaways, posters, and other materials
Ensure visual consistency and brand guidelines are maintained
Organize and update in-store visuals, shop branding, and promotional displays
Offline Marketing & Events
Plan and coordinate offline campaigns like flyers, banners, vehicle branding, and billboards
Recommend and manage company participation in business expos, tech events, and community activations
Oversee execution and readiness for all promotional activities
Coordination & Planning
Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans and budgets
Work with internal teams to align marketing with sales and product goals
Monitor performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns
Requirements
Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of digital and offline marketing tools and strategies
Hands-on experience with social media ads, email marketing, and branding management
Ability to plan, execute, and coordinate multi-channel campaigns
Detail-oriented, creative, organized, and good at meeting deadlines
Preferred Background
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
At least 4 years of experience in a full-spectrum marketing role (preferably in IT, retail, electronics, or FMCG)
Must be based in Zambia (Lusaka preferred) and ready to work full-time from our office/shop

This role may involve varied and evolving responsibilities. You must be ready to handle any marketing-related tasks as required — from large campaigns to small but important brand-related duties.
