1. Waitress (3 Vacancies)

Job Purpose:
The Waitress will provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience at Magodi Tented Lodge. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide menu recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Plan and prepare menus that align with the lodge’s standards and guest preferences.
- Cook and present dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
- Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize food wastage.

- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.
