TopFloor is looking for detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be tasked with visiting various client retail and service locations to evaluate customer service, product quality, and overall experience. Your insights will help improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction across the clients that we serve and it will also inform the various learning and development solutions that we facilitate for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-store evaluations by interacting with staff and assessing the overall customer experience.
• Assess product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
• Provide unbiased feedback and detailed reports based on observations after each visit.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the mystery shopping process and your role.
• Complete assignments within specified timeframes while following established guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the project coordinator regarding schedules and findings.
• Attend training sessions, if necessary, to understand the goals and procedures for assignments.

• Should have a G12 Certificate
• Proven experience in retail, customer service, or as a mystery shopper is a plus.
• Excellent observational and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a good command and fluency in English and one local language
• Ability to remain impartial and report based on facts.
• Attention to detail and ability to remember specific experiences.
• Reliable access to a computer and the internet for report submissions.
• Flexibility to visit different locations during varied hours as required.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
