Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Lusaka

Are you organized, proactive, and ready to lead our office operations?
We are seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our expanding team. If you have experience in administrative tasks, a knack for managing workflows, and a passion for the HVAC industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage quotations and invoices accurately and efficiently
Handle job cards: create, update, and follow up on job progress
Coordinate job cards with technicians and clients, ensuring smooth workflow
Follow up on payments, ensuring timely collection and reconciliation
Set up and maintain systems for tracking inventory, vehicles (including road tax, insurance, etc.), and cash flow
Manage and update vehicle records and maintenance schedules
Assist in setting up and maintaining an organized office environment
Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in office administration, preferably in HVAC or related industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle quotations, invoicing, and follow-up processes
Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems is an added advantage
Experience with job card management and workflow coordination
Knowledge of inventory management and vehicle record keeping
Basic financial skills, including cash management
Valid driving license; ability to drive is an added advantage
