JOB DETAILS:

Educational Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Pedagogy, or a closely related field.
• A Ph.D. (completed or in progress) in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
• A teaching qualification (e.g., Postgraduate Diploma in Education or equivalent) is required.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the tertiary or teacher training level.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering courses related to pedagogy, instructional strategies, or curriculum development.
• Experience with both traditional and modern teaching methods, including technology integration.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of educational theories, instructional design, and assessment techniques.
• Ability to train future educators in lesson planning, classroom management, and learner-centered teaching.
• Familiarity with education policies, standards, and teacher evaluation systems.
• Proficient in using Learning Management Systems and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
