JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to Programme Coordinator, the position of part time lecturer is responsible for preparing and delivering lectures and tutoring students studying professional programmes such as ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia, CILT, CIPS, ABE and academic programmes under the University of Greenwich partnership, to enable them pass examinations.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- (i) Facilitate learning in identified areas to students using face to face and E-learning platform modes of delivery.
- (ii) Provide academic support that enhances learning and personal development.
- (iii) Ensure implementation of teaching and learning quality assurance systems aimed at customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- (i) Grade 12 with a minimum of five (5) “O” levels including English and Mathematics.
- (ii) Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ZICA, CIPS, ABE, CILT
- (iii) Relevant Bachelor’s degree in the field of application for academic programmes.
- (iv) Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business - related field from an accredited University.
- (v) Detailed Results Transcripts for professional qualifications and bachelor’s degrees.
- (vi) Certification in Teaching Methodology.
- (vii) Two (2) years teaching experience at tertiary level.
- (viii) Must be a fully paid-up Member of a professional association for the year 2025.
- (ix) Must be Computer literate.
