JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of Role
Oversee and promote a resilient plan in operations that drives towards efficiency, timely
delivery and selling of RFL products (bulk-oil and dry goods) in the designated locations in
order to attain organizational targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in business administration, marketing or an agribusiness related course.
- Experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or agribusiness products.
- 3 years related work experience with traceable references.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Technical and Behavioural Skills
- Strong people management and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Sound understanding of FMCG marketing strategies and operations
- Proven knowledge in supply chain management and coordination
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to service excellence
