We are a reputable firm of professional accountants and business advisors, committed to delivering exceptional financial and business consulting services. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Managing Partner. The successful candidate will be based in Livingstone and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Managing Partner’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle appointment requests efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the Managing Partner.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Partner, screening calls and inquiries professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of business reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the Managing Partner’s office is well-organized and equipped.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
- Perform any other administrative and support duties as assigned by the Managing Partner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment is an added advantage.
