Purpose;
To manage the office of the Managing Director and support the daily activities of the division, ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and execution of administrative and operational tasks.
Reporting Relationship:
- Functionally Reports to: Country CEO/MD
- Administratively Reports to: Country CEO/MDKey
Responsibilities;
- Manage the daily operations and activities of the Managing Director’s office.
- Follow up on payment instructions and ensure timely execution.
- Track and coordinate memos from the division/ directorate and route them for necessary approvals.
- Handle internal and external calls/ messages on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Provide administrative and operational support to all units under the division.
- Acknowledge, sort, review, and disseminate internal and external correspondence appropriately.
- Arrange local and international travel for the Managing Director.Perform ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Managing Director.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Timely execution of assigned tasks
- Effectiveness in task completion
- Efficiency in managing responsibilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent reporting and writing skills
- Customer service orientation
Required Knowledge & Qualifications;
- Understanding of banking operations, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with organizational structure and administrative processes
- Minimum of a first degree in a business related field from a recognized University with at least a Credit or better.
- Grade Twelve Certificate with at least Five (05) Credits of better, including Mathematics and English.
Previous Work Experience Requirements;
Minimum of One (1) year experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
