Job Summary:
We are hiring skilled Pizza/Grill/Salad Chefs to prepare high-quality menu items at our new Quick Service Restaurant in Ndola. This role focuses on delivering consistent, delicious food in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas, grilled dishes, and salads according to menu specifications.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes for all dishes.
- Manage food prep stations, ensuring all ingredients are ready for service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory checks and report shortages to the Head Chef.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours.
- Contribute ideas for new menu items or specials as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pizza, grill, or salad preparation.
- Previous experience in a QSR or casual dining restaurant is an advantage.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Must be a Copperbelt resident or willing to relocate to Ndola.
