Position Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, Special Education, or a related field.
– Registered with TCZ
2. Teaching Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching primary students within the Oxford or Cambridge curriculum.
– Proven experience working with children across diverse learning needs, including students with SEN and learning disabilities.
3. Curriculum Knowledge:
– Strong understanding of the Oxford Primary Curriculum framework.
– Familiarity with the Cambridge primary framework is an advantage.
4. Special Educational Needs Expertise:
– Experience designing and implementing differentiated lesson plans.
– Knowledge of strategies to support students with speech and language challenges, autism spectrum disorders, attention difficulties, and other learning disabilities.
