JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality instruction across core primary subjects, including Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies.
• Prepare daily lesson plans and schemes of work that align with the national syllabus.
• Maintain discipline, encourage participation, and create an inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through continuous assessments and exams.
• Manage classroom activities, resources, and maintain records of student performance.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to improve teaching strategies and school performance.

Ideal Candidate:

• A confident and knowledgeable instructor, well-versed in the Zambian Primary Curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Committed to continuous professional development.

*Requirements:*

– Diploma or Degree in Primary Education/E.C.E
– Minimum 25 years old
– Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (T.C.Z)
– Valid Practising License
– At least 2 years of teaching experience
– G.C.E certificate with 5 credits or better, including English
– Christian with a minimum of 3 years of testimony
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Ability to work independently
– Computer literacy
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills

Level of Education: associate degree
