Background
A NEWLY OPENED EDUCATION AND TRAINING INSTITUTE SITUATED IN LUSAKA WEST, ALONG MUMBWA ROAD (FORMER KASAMU SCHOOL), IS SEEKING QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCES PERSONS TO FILL UP VACANCIES.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education or related teaching field.
- Teaching Methodology, Teacher Training, or ECZ teaching certification is required.
- At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience at primary level.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and child-development skills.
- Ability to prepare lesson plans and use appropriate teaching and learning materials.
- Applicants should stay/reside within lusaka west, mumbwa road area (near former kasamu school)
Key Responsibilities
- Teach assigned subjects to primary school pupils and maintain an engaging learning environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, teaching aids, and assessment materials.
- Conduct continuous pupil assessments, maintain records, and provide feedback.
- Manage classroom discipline, pupil welfare, and safety.
- Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development programs.
- Communicate pupil progress to parents and guardians when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Teacher or school administration.
