Background
The Learning Ladder Academy & Montessori school in Lusaka is offering the Oxford International Primary & Montessori Curriculum, invites applications from qualified, dedicated, and innovative educators to fill the following positions: Primary Teacher, Early Childhood Teacher and Shadow Teacher. Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons. Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments in line with Oxford standards. Create a positive, inclusive, and learner-centred classroom environment. Support learners’ academic, social, and emotional development. Communicate effectively with parents regarding learners’ progress. Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities. Uphold school policies, safeguarding standards, and professional ethics
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Primary Education or a related field. Certification or training in the Oxford Curriculum / International Primary Curriculum is an added advantage. Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) registration. Minimum of 2–3 years’ teaching experience in an international or Cambridge/Oxford curriculum setting. Strong classroom management and assessment skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
