Background
CRYSTAL LITE CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED is a premier real estate/Interior Designing company delivering exceptional value and premium accommodation solutions across residential, commercial and serviced-apartment markets.
Responsibilities
Procurement Officer shall work and negotiate with suppliers to purchase constructions materials, and Interior Designing goods and services for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers in line with procurement procedures
- Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations-interacting
- Must be knowledgeable about the current construction and materials interior designing prices in the market.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Membership with ZIPS (or relevant professional body) an added advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good analytical and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
- He/she can multi-task and willing to work under pressure.
