This position is responsible for managing outsourced services, contract and service providers. Manages and controls departmental costs within budgetary constraints and expectations. Initiates, maintains and executes work duties in accordance with company policy, procedures and risk management system standards.
Primary Qualifications:
- Must be a Zambian Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or construction management
and economics
- At least 12 years hands on experience
- Cost and budget management
- Reporting and documentation
- Production planning and scheduling
- Workflow and process management
- Quality control and safety compliance
- Able to manage a team
- Strong leadership and management skills with prior supervisory or
managerial level
- Must have a valid EIZ membership certificate
