We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Development Manager to lead and oversee a property project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the development of the estate from concept to completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project design, planning approvals, and implementation.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the estate.
• Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and ensure project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ proven experience in real estate development, housing, or construction management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including government authorities, contractors, and clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
