We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property & Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, asset management, contractor supervision, and general facilities operations across our hospitality properties in Lusaka and Chisamba.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities and property management operations across the group
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers
  • Monitor and manage utilities, generator operations, security systems, and general infrastructure
  • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are in place and executed
  • Manage repairs, emergency breakdowns, and resolution of guest/tenant related maintenance requests
  • Maintain a clean, safe, well-functioning property environment that aligns with our brand standards
  • Prepare, track, and manage maintenance budgets and cost control
  • Maintain accurate asset registers, logs, and service records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Facilities/Property Management or Building Maintenance (hospitality experience is an advantage)
  • Strong technical understanding of buildings, utilities, and maintenance workflows
  • Ability to lead and supervise teams at multiple sites
  • Excellent problem-solving and resource management skills
  • Valid driver’s licence
