Kafakumba Clinic is seeking a well-organized, friendly, and professional Receptionist to join our dedicated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and directing patients and visitors
  • Managing appointments and patient records
  • Handling phone calls and general inquiries
  • Supporting administrative tasks like billing and writing receipts to ensure smooth clinic transactions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage records
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
