Background

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Livingstone. The successful candidate must be based in Livingstone or willing to relocate at their own cost.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection and handle inquiries professionally

Manage stock control, including receiving, shelving, and stock counts

Perform cashiering duties, including cash and POS transactions

Support daily banking and basic sales reconciliation

Work collaboratively with team members and support basic people management activities

Maintain cleanliness and order within the shop

Requirements

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate

Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage

Basic knowledge of stock management and cashiering

Good communication and customer service skills

Must be based in Livingstone or willing to relocate at own cost
