We are a dynamic and fast-growing company specialized in Aluminum, Tombstones, Granites, Marble, Worktops, roofing sheets and Furniture products looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team in Kitwe. The ideal candidate will assist in sales operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Promote and sell company products and services while building strong customer relationships.
- Processing orders as per clients request
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally.
Qualifications
- Full Grade Twelve Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Advanced Certificate in Sales,Marketing,Business Administration or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and resilience.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy is essential, proficiency in Microsoft office package
- Possessing a valid driving license and having knowledge in Aluminum, Tombstones, Worktops, Furniture products is added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preference given to Kitwe residents
