SENIOR LECTURER - HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (1)
REPORTS TO: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To prepare and deliver lectures and tutor students studying Human Resource Management courses. In addition to facilitating learning, the Senior Lecturer will also be required to participate in development and review of curricula, supervision of assessments and examinations, project supervision, scholarly activities, student guidance, and administrative duties that will be assigned by the Head of Department or the Dean - School of Social Sciences. .

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
(i) Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) credits or better including English and Mathematics
(ii) Holder of a Bachelors' and Masters' degree in Human Resource Management
(iii) Holder of an earned PhD or DBA degree in Human Resource Management or other related field from an accredited program
(iv) At least 4 years of teaching and scholarship experience
(v) Should have evidence of research and publications
(vi) Should be at the rank of rank of Senior Lecturer from an accredited University
(vii) A teaching methodology qualification will be an added advantage
