JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated shadow teachers to support students with diverse learning needs within our learning environment. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational experience.

Requirements for the Role:
– For supporting bilingual students: Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
– Valid TCZ (Teacher Certification in Special Education) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
– Prior experience working with children or students with special needs is advantageous.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families.
– Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to individual student needs.
– Reliable and committed to providing a positive learning environment.
