We are looking for a proactive Student Recruitment Coordinator (Sales & Marketing) to support learner recruitment and promote our school’s programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales and marketing experience, and the ability to engage effectively with parents and the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new learners through sales and outreach activities
  • Follow up on parent enquiries via calls, messages, email, and in-person visits
  • Distribute flyers and promotional materials in targeted areas
  • Manage and update school social media accounts
  • Respond promptly to online enquiries and comments
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and conversions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales/marketing reports
  • Support school marketing events, open days, and community activities
  • Uphold Christian values that aligns with vison and school brand

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Excellent spoken and written English,Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, reporting tools)
  • Comfortable working in the field when required Ability to use social media for marketing

  • Creative in generating leads and promoting school services
