Role Overview
Cinitec is seeking a highly driven and experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, solution selling, and revenue growth.This role combines technical understanding, consultative selling, and account management, with a strong focus on identifying business gaps and proposing technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients (Individuals, SMEs, Corporates)
- Conduct client discovery sessions and business gap analysis
- Translate business needs into tailored IT solutions and proposals
- Drive revenue growth through new sales, renewals, and upselling
- Manage and grow strategic client relationships
- Contribute to the identification of new service lines and revenue opportunities
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any IT-related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Sales, IT Account Management, Technical or EnterpriseSolutions Sales
- Proven track record of sales excellence is a strong added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
