Responsibilities

  • Timely Review of Customer information including but not limited to text, pictures and other forms of information to ensure the authenticity of the content
  • Report the processing situation daily, and work with the local team to improve safety
  • Make a decision to accept, modify or reject an application after scrutiny of all the required documents and studies regarding the risk involved.
  • Policy Analysis and Risk Assessment

Required Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse multi cultural environment
  • Decision Making Abilities
  • Risk Assessment expertise
  • Strong coordination, communications and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy, reliable and capable of working with little supervision

Qualifications and experience

  • Diploma/ Degree in relevent field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field
  • At-least minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in underwriting
  • Must be knowledgeable of regulations and industry trends
  • Experience working with a micro-finance will be added advantage
  • Must be a Team Worker
