Responsibilities or duties

Teaching and following a daily routine.

Supervising, educating and supporting students to help them accomplish learning benchmarks.

Receiving the learners as they come in school and ensure they are picked up at the end of the day

Adapting the school and classroom program to suit the needs of the individual child or group.

Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged.

Imparting knowledge to children through fun and play.

Ensuring the social, mental and emotional growth of the child.

Identifying and addressing the physical needs of the individual child or group.

Composing detailed students reports for parents.

Meeting with senior teacher and Principal on a regular basis

Attending to tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and head of school

Helping in developing and implementing teaching programs that suit the needs of the learners.

Creating lesson plans, weekly focus and assigning homework to the students.

Analysing every child’s performance and adapting the program to suit their needs
