Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive excellent customer experience through effective lead follow-ups and engagement with walk-in clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, allocate monthly targets, and coach the team on converting leads into sales.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, including leads, showroom traffic, quotes, test drives, sales, and lost sales.
  • Maintain accurate 90-day sales forecasts and ensure consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Ensure showroom vehicle display meets company standards.
  • Support brand visibility by participating in marketing events, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Manage online and social media inquiries and allocate leads to the sales team.
  • Coordinate quotation analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Service Department on CR activities and post-sales engagement.
  • Oversee SAP sales order processing, vehicle delivery, preparation, and daily sales meetings.
  • Manage team performance processes (PMS & BSC).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Full Grade 12 certificate (5 credits or better).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field acceptable to Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven sales closing abilities and leadership capability.
  • Valid driver’s license for both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
