Must have skills

Qualifications
- Grade twelve Certificate
- Certificate or better in Fisheries, Aqua culture, or another related field
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on the lake preferred.
Job role
- Maintains records and prepare reports on feed operation.
- Maintain an accurate log of all feeding done daily.
- Take note of observed fish behavior mortalities and share information to relevant team(s).
- Responsible for teams’ safety and wellbeing while on the lake.
- Report all accidents and incidents to the Grow Out Manager.
- Take part in company’s safe practices and be part of the system.
- Ensure Yalelo policies and procedures are always observed and adhered to by the team.
- Acts as nutritionist to develop feeding schedules needed for specicific growth rate of fish
